Christina

Project Manager, RVT & Brave Unity Blood Bank Coordinator

Christina has always been drawn to animals and the people who care for them. Her journey in veterinary medicine began in shelter medicine, where she learned firsthand the importance of compassion, organization, and teamwork to help pets in need. Over the past 15 years, she has expanded her skills across clinical care, staff leadership, and operations, finding a special calling in projects that make a tangible difference for animals and their families.

In 2022, Christina joined Lenity Vet Specialists & Emergency Care as Project Manager, bringing her years of veterinary experience to oversee and support clinical operations. She also serves as Blood Bank Coordinator at Brave Unity Blood Bank for Animals, a role she cherishes because she witnesses firsthand the life-saving impact of every donation. Christina’s work uniquely bridges the medical and administrative sides of veterinary care, ensuring that pets receive timely, high-quality treatment while supporting and guiding the teams that make it all possible.

At home, Christina shares her life with her 16-year-old daughter, Izzy, and a lively household of pets: Pebbles, a tiny applehead Chihuahua with a big personality; Ruby, a spirited terrier; Pretty, a wise senior cat; and Rosie, a playful half-Persian kitten. Each one brings joy, laughter, and a reminder of why she does the work she loves.

Christina also brings a lifelong commitment to learning, holding associate degrees in Animal Science, Business Administration, and Liberal Arts & Sciences. Her passion lies in creating systems and programs—like the blood bank—that help pets thrive and make the veterinary experience smoother for families.

Whether she’s mentoring colleagues, developing programs, or caring for a furry patient, Christina’s dedication, warmth, and expertise shine through. For her, veterinary medicine isn’t just a career—it’s a way to touch lives, build connections, and make a lasting difference for animals and the people who love them.

Jenn, RVT

Human Resources Manager

Jenn joined Lenity Vet Specialists + Emergency Care in 2019 when Dr. Carlson opened the practice as a surgery-only service. She relocated from the East Bay, bringing years of experience as a surgery technician and a long-standing professional partnership with Dr. Carlson that began in 2012. Today, Jenn serves as the clinic’s Human Resources Manager, blending her deep understanding of veterinary care with her passion for supporting the team behind the scenes. Her role allows her to combine her technical knowledge of veterinary medicine with her talent for fostering a positive, organized, and collaborative workplace.

Ironically, Jenn grew up afraid of dogs and never had pets of her own, aside from the occasional goldfish won at the fair. Despite this early hesitation, she always felt drawn to work with animals and found her calling when she shifted from a college major in information systems to pursue veterinary care. This change allowed her to follow her curiosity and compassion into a career that combines technical skill, patient care, and teamwork—showing that passion can grow from unexpected beginnings.

Over the years, Jenn has loved every aspect of her veterinary journey—from assisting in complex surgeries to ensuring the clinic operates smoothly and efficiently. She particularly enjoys the people she works with, calling her colleagues “a special bunch,” and takes pride in knowing that her efforts directly support animals who cannot speak for themselves.

Outside the clinic, Jenn brings the same care and attention to the relationships she builds with her coworkers, clients, and their pets. Her dedication, reliability, and positive energy make her an invaluable part of the Lenity team, helping the clinic function seamlessly while ensuring patients receive the highest level of care.

With her unique perspective, hands-on experience, and commitment to supporting both staff and patients, Jenn Cheung helps make Lenity a place where veterinary expertise, compassion, and teamwork come together every day, benefiting pets and their families across the Bay Area.

Kristi

Client Services Representative

For Kristi, veterinary care isn’t just a profession—it’s a calling that began with a childhood visit to a wildlife refuge in San Diego. Watching the behind-the-scenes teamwork that went into caring for rescued animals sparked a lifelong passion for helping those who can’t speak for themselves. Years later, that same sense of purpose led her to join Lenity Veterinary Specialists and Emergency Care in January 2025 after learning of the hospital’s mission, values, and commitment to excellence.

Today, Kristi brings many years of experience to her role as a Customer Service Representative. What drives her most is the moment of transformation—when a struggling pet is able to go home feeling better and a worried owner breathes a sigh of relief. She recalls one unforgettable case of a young Cavalier puppy who arrived unable to close his mouth. Thanks to quick action, a stick lodged between his molars was safely removed. The instant relief on the puppy’s face—and the gratitude from his family—still fuels Kristi’s dedication to client service every day.

Born and raised in the Bay Area, Kristi now shares her home with her husband and their spirited Chihuahua, Harold, who’s never far from a toy or a treat. He’s sweet, silly, and proudly runs the household. Outside of work, Kristi enjoys cooking, walking in nature, and spending time at the beach—especially when it involves a good sunset and sandy paws.

She’s also endlessly fascinated by the evolving field of veterinary medicine and the new options that specialty care brings to pet families. One especially memorable moment was witnessing a sedated fish have a shoe removed from its mouth at the Academy of Art and Science in San Francisco.

At Lenity, Kristi is proud to be part of a team that offers advanced care and compassionate service to every pet and person who walks through the door.

Morgan

Client Services Representative

Morgan never imagined her path would lead to veterinary medicine, but sometimes the best journeys are the ones we don’t plan. Originally working in the tech field, she found herself needing a new direction when her company shut down. What started as a quick job in a general veterinary practice soon became a life-changing experience. From her very first day, Morgan was hooked. The fast pace, the variety of cases, and the teamwork between doctors, technicians, and receptionists not only opened her eyes, but brought her into a world she never wants to leave.

Since then, Morgan has dedicated herself to learning as much as she can about animal care, while pursuing her goal of becoming a veterinarian. She began her career at Rheem Veterinary Medical Hospital before joining Lenity Vet Specialty and ER in June 2025 as a swing shift client service representative. For her, the ER setting is a perfect balance of excitement and challenge, as every night brings something new.

As a CSR, Morgan especially enjoys connecting with clients. She spends much of her time listening to their stories, and finds that being able to offer support during stressful moments is one of the most rewarding parts of her role. She also values every opportunity to learn from the doctors and nurses around her, taking in knowledge that will guide her as she works toward vet school.

Outside of work, Morgan’s passion for pets also shapes her home life. She currently shares life with two cats, Yonaka and Smudge, along with a Sunkissed Corn Snake named Nagato. Her late cat, Amatsu, who lived to 18, remains a cherished memory. In her free time, Morgan dives into her love of games, whether it’s Magic: The Gathering, competitive Pokémon, or online adventures in Fallout and Call of Duty. An avid volleyball and lacrosse player, she’s always ready to balance her studies with some friendly competition.

For Morgan, veterinary medicine is no longer just a career path: it’s her true passion and calling.

Stephanie L.

Certified Veterinary Assistant

Stephanie Lodolce’s journey into veterinary medicine started with a childhood filled with curiosity, adventure, and some very misunderstood pets. Growing up in San Jose with her Colombian mother and Italian father, Stephanie was always surrounded by culture, delicious food, and exotic creatures. Her dad’s love for animals—especially the ones most people fear, like snakes and tarantulas—sparked a fascination that never faded. From the start, she saw these animals not as scary, but as underappreciated, often mistreated simply due to a lack of understanding.

That early exposure led her to a veterinary assistant program she found through a local ad, and her externship eventually placed her at Lenity Veterinary Center. It didn’t take long for her to make a lasting impression and earn a permanent role on the team.

Stephanie thrives in high-stakes moments—drawing blood, placing IVs, and especially assisting in C-sections. She finds joy in the chaos, the rush of helping a struggling newborn take its first breath, and the celebration that follows as new life enters the world. These experiences fuel her drive to be the voice and advocate for animals who can’t speak up for themselves.

Outside of work, Stephanie lives a life just as full of energy and enthusiasm. Her backyard is ruled by Henrietta, a rescued chicken who drinks from the dog bowl and waits at the door to be let inside. Her home is also shared with Tito the dog, Kaos the python, Wizard the bearded dragon, Jane the leopard gecko, Jaba the Pac-Man frog, and a collection of tarantulas—each with their own quirks and stories.

Stephanie is an avid “herper,” often found relocating rattlesnakes from neighborhood yards, a skill passed down by her father. Whether she’s hiking, cooking, or lifting at the gym, Stephanie brings passion and purpose into everything she does—especially when it involves giving animals a second chance.
