Our dog Dakota was having some weird symptoms - pacing, shaking, walking weird, and yelping when touched. We brought her here and were seen right away. Everyone was kind, attentive, and showed a lot of care for our dog! Luckily her condition ended up not being too serious, just the start of a disc condition in her neck. They did an exam, blood test, and sent us home with 2 medications which came out to around 500 dollars. Yes expensive but I was honestly expecting more since emergency vets are super pricey. Totally worth it since our dog is doing better! Hopefully we won’t have another emergency but if we did we will definitely be back!Posted on Google Ryan BravoTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. This place is wonderful and so kind! My dog got into a little rumble with a raccoon and they saw us immediately and got him the help he needed. Highly recommended!Posted on Google AlexTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. We brought our almost 2-year-old lab, Bentley, in around 3:45am after hearing him cough for hours in a way we’d never experienced before, including coughing up mucus, which really scared us. Michaela, our vet tech, was actually the one who answered the phone and reassured us that coming in was the right call. She was so friendly, nurturing, and gentle with Bentley, and immediately helped put us at ease. Bentley is usually very nervous at the vet, but he did great with Michaela right away, which says a lot. Dr. Kuang was thorough, kind, and welcoming. She took the time to carefully evaluate Bentley and explain everything to us in a way that felt thoughtful and reassuring. The whole visit felt seamless and easy, which is not something you typically expect from an emergency vet. My husband and I were completely exhausted, and they made us feel just as taken care of as Bentley. The office itself was incredibly clean and aesthetically pleasing, with a comfortable waiting area, cozy chairs, and even a great selection of snacks and drinks, such nice touch that most vets dont have. On top of everything, the pricing was very reasonable. We’re so grateful for the care Bentley received and would absolutely recommend them to anyone needing emergency veterinary care.Posted on Google Kathryn HealTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I’m comforted knowing this clinic is nearby! Went in for something minor for my large dog around midnight on a Friday. The receptionist, vet tech, and doctor were all so kind and knowledgeable. There was no wait. The facilities are clean and well-stocked. Really great all around. $230 without insurance.Posted on Google Allison CarmichaelTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Lenity is honestly one of the best Emergency Vets we’ve ever been to. We went recent for our dog Bruno who eat an unknown amount of fertilizer and Lenity works with Poison Control to ensure proper care is done. They don’t gouge your pockets and aren’t pushy with treatment if aren’t able to afford everything. Staff is LOVELY and the environment in the office eases all nerves. Truly thank you Lenity for taking care of Bruno!Posted on Google Brandon FeolaTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Exceptional care for our little Kobe during an emergency, we couldn’t be more grateful! We brought our beloved Yorkshire Terrier, Kobe, in yesterday morning for emergency surgery after an accident, and the entire team at Lenity Vet Specialists & Emergency Care went above and beyond in every way. Dr. Kim Carlson is an incredibly skilled surgeon with such a gentle, caring touch. She performed Kobe’s emergency surgery and explained everything so clearly, making us feel completely at ease during what was a very stressful and scary time. Her expertise and precision are outstanding, and you can truly tell how much she loves her patients. Kobe received the best possible surgical care from her. Dr. Tye was equally wonderful — kind, sweet, and so attentive. She took the time afterward to give us thoughtful advice and answer all our questions with patience and compassion, making sure we understood every step of Kobe’s recovery. A huge thank you also goes to Maria at the front desk. She was warm, welcoming, and provided excellent customer service from the very first moment we walked in. Her helpfulness and positive energy really set the tone for the whole visit. Everyone we interacted with was so nice, caring, gentle, and detailed in their explanations. The pricing was very fair and transparent, especially for the high level of specialty emergency and surgical care we received. We felt truly supported and never rushed. If your pet needs specialized surgical care or emergency treatment, I can’t recommend Lenity highly enough. They treated Kobe (and us) like family. Thank you, Dr. Carlson, Dr. Tye, Maria, and the whole team — you made a terrifying situation so much better, and we are so grateful Kobe is in good hands!
