Kyle Wakeman grew up in northern California, where he completed his undergraduate degree before attending Western University of Health Sciences for veterinary school. He completed a rotating internship at the Veterinary Specialty & Emergency Hospital, San Diego. Dr. Wakeman then went on to do his imaging residency at the University of California, Davis, where he spent his last year as a clinical instructor. Living on the coast, he enjoys being outdoors and exploring everything the Bay Area offers in his free time.
